Just Like Heaven

Valentine's Day is a sacred day in our house! We are both romantics, but I have to say it is I who lay down the law on Valentine's Day and Dave is so sweet to sweep me off my feet every time. The fun began when we painted a giant Valentine on our red wall on Tuesday.

Valentine's Day started off with my Super hero, Dave-- chiseling, and shoveling our cars out of ice and snow for a half hour! Whew! What a man! After work, Isaac & I met Dave for a romantic dinner for three at the Macaroni Grill, the lights, the lillies, their warm bread and saucy sauces, what's more romantic than that? After Isaac went to bed, we gave one another our Valentines, ate chocolates (Dave gave me), ate strawberry shortcake, and watched "Just Like Heaven" (I love that movie! So sweet!) The evening really was 'just like heaven'.
